This mural is our response to Claremont as a fashion hub.

The design borrows from classic historical examples of fabric patterns (think paisley shirts, argyle socks, zebra print blouses) and wraps the length of the Walt Drabble laneway in artwork.

Our mural treatment provides high visibility through bold colour, repetition of shapes and strong composition. This enhances pedestrian accessibility, helping people to feel safe as they move through the space.

Painted with both spray and brush techniques, this collaborative work links the two artists unique styles through their sensitive use of colour and pattern.
