It’s party time for all the little monsters! Mural treatment as part of the refurbishment of the kids activity and party room at Stirling Leisure Centre, Karrinyup. It was heaps of fun creating this immersive artwork that references some of my favourite kids books, cartoons and movies in my own style. The colours took some time to get right in the confines of the space and artificial light. I was also careful to create characters that are just the right mix of scary and friendly. I hope all the kids and parents that use the space get a thrill out of partying with these fun characters!
