Limited colours, repeated shapes, minimal detail. This mural treatment for Highgate Play Group injects some much needed fun and playfulness to the community space, creating a strong visual identity that will attract new families to become members. The design explores the notion of welcome and inclusivity through a story book style interpretation of growth, depicting the life cycle of colourful caterpillars and the parent butterfly. Funded by the City of Vincent, congratulations go to the parent group for securing the community grant and activating the space. A fun and rewarding project!
