Reflections was completed in two parts – digital print to glazing and hand painted mural to the entry foyer wall. The intention is to welcome visitors with a calm and gentle artwork that brings elements of the outdoors in. Colours were carefully chosen and mixed onsite to respond to the lighting conditions, furnishings and the installed digital print. The resulting artwork activates the interior of the WAPOL sex crime division, offering visitors the chance for quiet contemplation and calm reflection. This mural and print treatment is stage one of the interior refurbishment.
